Thank you for shopping with The Blossom! We strive to provide you with the freshest, highest-quality bouquets and exceptional customer service. Please read our return and refund policy below:

1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all bouquets are non-refundable and nonreturnable once received. However, if there is an issue with your bouquet, please reach out to us within 2 hours after delivery to discuss a possible replacement or refund.

2. Refunds

If your bouquet arrives damaged, wilted, or does not meet our quality standards, please follow these steps:
 • Contact us within 2 hours of receiving the bouquet by emailing the.blossomchicago@gmail.com.
 • Include your order number and a clear photo of the bouquet showing any quality issues.

Once we receive your complaint and verify the issue, we may offer a full or partial refund or a replacement bouquet at no additional cost. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

3. Order Cancellations

 • Same-day orders cannot be canceled, as they are prepared and dispatched promptly.
 • For future orders (scheduled for delivery on a later date), cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the delivery date. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to provide refunds or replacements in the following situations:
 • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
 • The recipient is unavailable to receive the bouquet after multiple delivery attempts.
 • Issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery.

5. Contact Us

Orders that have been picked up are considered accepted at the time of pickup and are not eligible for return or refund.
